The Student Union Government (SUG) of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (EKSU) has announced the immediate suspension of all house agent activities and accommodation transactions involving students.In an official memorandum issued by the Union, the SUG stated that the suspension takes effect immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
The Union warned that the decision affects all forms of accommodation dealings linked to house agents.”All students are strongly advised to avoid house agents and refrain from making any payments, including inspection fees, agency fees, deposits, registration fees, or other accommodation charges during this period,” the memorandum stated.The SUG urged students to comply strictly with the directive to avoid falling victim to exploitation.
