Isa Ashiru Kudan, including the alleged destruction of vehicles and acts of intimidation.Politics must be a contest of ideas, character, vision and serviceโnot thuggery, intimidation or violence.
No political disagreement gives anyone the right to attack citizens, destroy property or intimidate people for exercising their democratic rights.If anyone in a position of influence is found to have sponsored, encouraged or facilitated the reported attack, such individuals must be investigated and brought to justice.
You may destroy vehicles, but you cannot destroy political conviction. You may intimidate individuals, but you cannot silence the voice of the people. You may use violence, but you cannot defeat democracy.Kaduna deserves a political environment where every citizen can freely support the candidate of their choice without fear.Power is temporary.
