Independence Day Message from Hon. Kola Bode Adeoye Member, Ekiti State House of Assembly, Representing Ekiti Ekiti West II Constituency.
My good people of Ekiti West II, my fellow Ekiti kete and great Nigerians,Today, as Nigeria clocks 66 years of independence and Ekiti State journeys gloriously to 30 years of creation, we have every reason to declare with pride that the labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain.66 years ago, our founding fathers fought for the freedom we enjoy today. 30 years ago, our Ekiti fathers fought for a state we can all call our own — The Land of Honour. Their sweat, their sacrifice and their vision were not in vain.
As a concerned son of Ekiti and your representative in the Hallowed Chamber, I celebrate every constituent of Ekiti West II on this historic occasion. As we celebrate, my humble prayer is that we sustain the legacy of our fathers by being progressively-minded, united and ready to deliver accurately for the Ekiti of our dreams.
This is my commitment to you: I will continue to sponsor quality laws and motions that will make Ekiti at 30 and Beyond a reality for all.Happy 66th Independence Anniversary, Nigeria!Happy 30th Anniversary my dear Ekiti State!
E-Signed:
